ગુજરાતમાં હવે લગ્નપ્રસંગ માટે ઓનલાઇન મંજૂરી લેવી પડશે. આયોજકે પોર્ટલ પર ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરવાની રહેશે. રાજ્યના ગૃહ વિભાગે નોટિફિકેશન જાહેર કર્યું છે. રાજ્યમાં કોરોનાની સ્થિતિને લઇને ઓનલાઇન રજીસ્ટ્રેશનનો નિર્ણય લેવામાં આવ્યો છે. રાજ્ય સરકારે ઓર્ગેનાઇઝિંગ મેરેજ ફંક્શન નામનું ઓનલાઇન સોફ્ટવેર બનાવ્યું છે.

રાજ્યમાં લગ્નપ્રસંગો માટે ઓનલાઇન રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરાવવાનું રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા નક્કી કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. રાજ્યના ગૃહવિભાગે લગ્ન પ્રસંગોને લઈ પરિપત્ર બહાર પાડ્યો છે. જેમાં જણાવ્યા અનુસાર લગ્ન, સત્કાર જેવા પ્રસંગોમાં ખુલ્લા સ્થળો કે બંધ સ્થળોએ, સ્થળની ક્ષમતાના 50 ટકાથી વધુ નહીં પરંતુ મહત્તમ 100 વ્યક્તિઓની મર્યાદામાં પ્રસંગ આયોજનને મંજૂરી મળશે.
The state government has decided to conduct online registration for weddings in the state. The state Home Department has issued a circular on marriage occasions. According to which, in events like weddings, receptions, open spaces or closed spaces, not more than 50 per cent of the capacity of the venue but a maximum of 100 persons will be allowed to organize the event.
લગ્નપ્રસંગ કે સમારોહ માટે પોર્ટલ પર ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરવાની રહેશે. લગ્ન પ્રસંગોના રજીસ્ટ્રેશન માટે અલગથી સોફ્ટવેર તૈયાર કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. www.digitalgujarat.gov.in પર રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરવાનું રહેશે. આ અરજી કર્યા બાદ આયોજકે સ્લિપ સાથે રાખવી પડશે. પોલીસ કે અધિકારી માંગે તો આોયજકે સ્લિપ સાથે રાખવી પડશે. સ્થળની ક્ષમતાના 50 ટકાથી વધુ વ્યક્તિઓને નહીં બોલાવી શકાય.
You have to apply online on the portal for the wedding or ceremony. Separate software has been developed for registration of wedding occasions. Registration has to be done at www.digitalgujarat.gov.in.
લગ્નપ્રસંગ માટે મંજૂરીને લઇને રાજ્ય સરકારનો યુટર્ન
અત્રે ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે, ગુજરાતમાં કોરોના વાયરસે કાળો કહેર વરસાવ્યો છે તો બીજી તરફ લગ્નની મોસમ ચાલી રહી છે ત્યારે થોડા દિવસો અગાઉ જ ગાંધીનગર ખાતે ગૃહરાજ્ય મંત્રી પ્રદિપસિંહ જાડેજાએ એક પત્રકાર પરિષદ દરમિયાન જણાવ્યું હતું કે, 'લગ્ન કે અન્ય સત્કાર સમારંભોમાં 100 વ્યક્તિની મર્યાદામાં આયોજન કરવાનું રહેશે પરંતુ પોલીસની મંજૂરી લેવાની જરૂર નથી.' જોકે હવે સરકારે યુટર્ન લીધો છે. કોઇપણ લગ્ન કે સત્કાર સમારંભ માટે ઓનલાઇન મંજૂરી ફરજિયાત કરવામાં આવી છે.
After making this application the organizer has to keep with the slip. If the police or officer wants, the planner has to keep it with the slip. No more than 50 percent of the capacity of the venue can be called.

It may be mentioned here that while the corona virus has spread in Gujarat, on the other hand, the wedding season is in full swing. But police approval is not required. However now the government has taken the uterus. Online approval has been made mandatory for any wedding or reception.
